Refund policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item remains unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
  • You contact our support team and receive return approval before sending the item back

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@etfecocorp.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A short explanation of the problem

After reviewing your request, we will determine the most suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on product availability and circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Used, worn, or opened items
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Clearance or final-sale items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before shipping it back.

Exchanges

At this time, Etfecocorp does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may return the eligible item and place a new order separately.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Returned items must remain unused and in their original condition. Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days
